If you rent this new three bedroom oceanfront villa for your vacation, you'll wake up to the sound of waves crashing in one of two beach front master suites featuring king pillowtop beds and private baths. The third bedroom has two twin beds and the media room which doubles as a 4th bedroom to sleep three and has flat screen cable TV. The beach house has a spacious living room and an entertaining kitchen which opens to a large palapa and a dining room that seats 12. The swimming pool has a large gazebo with a built-in outdoor bed for a siesta in the shade. The vacation home is fully air conditioned and comes with a washer and dryer, a purified drinking water system and 3 car garage. The rates include your on-site staff with daily maid service, caretaker/gardener and a personal chef (food costs are not included). The separate guest casita sleeps 4 peoples and expands the property to be able accommodate up to 12 people.
